I design and develop the interactive courseware that makes learning work. When the authoring tool can't do what the design calls for, I build it.
I combine instructional design, software development, and a decade of technical education to build learning experiences that help people move from knowing to doing. I've taught the material, so I know where people get stuck. I write the code, so I know what's possible.
Now I design the learning itself: the structure, the sequence, the moment a concept clicks.
I work well inside a team. On my current program I review the work of lead instructional designers and multimedia developers, and build against defined acceptance criteria and client feedback.
I want my work to move people from knowing to doing.

Technical depth meets instructional design craft
I design learning that earns its place — practical, technically grounded content that helps people do the thing, not just know about it.
Over ten years I've worked across every layer of the stack: curriculum design, code, interactive courseware, and live instruction for career-changers at global bootcamps and enterprise clients.
I understand the technology well enough to build it, have taught it to hundreds, and now I'm part of an instructional design team working on scaling learning to potentially thousands. I contribute where I'm needed, glad to follow the team's lead, quick to learn its systems, and focused on turning complex content into learning that actually works.
