What I Do

I help people learn.

Great products are built by many people in different roles, and I value every one of them. In the classroom I worked alongside TAs, fellow instructors, program leads, and student success managers to help learners succeed. At LearningMate I contribute under a senior instructional designer, a project manager, and the ID I'm paired with. I respect that structure and do my best work inside it, contributing where I'm needed and learning from the people around me.

I design and develop the interactive courseware that makes learning work.

Eight years collaborating with product, design, and subject-matter teams, working at the intersection of software development adult education, live instruction, and instructional design.

Now I design the learning itself: the structure, the sequence, the moment a concept clicks.

I want my work to move people from knowing to doing.

Background

Technical depth meets instructional design craft

I design learning that earns its place — practical, technically grounded content that helps people do the thing, not just know about it.

Over eight years I've worked across every layer of the stack: curriculum design, code, interactive courseware, and live instruction for career-changers at global bootcamps and enterprise clients.

I understand the technology well enough to build it, have taught it to hundreds, and now I'm part of an instructional design team working on scaling learning to potentially thousands. I contribute where I'm needed, glad to follow the team's lead, quick to learn its systems, and focused on turning complex content into learning that actually works.
